Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to define and deliver horizontal initiatives across Alexa Shopping, driving cross‑organizational alignment for the Amazon Stores Agent across devices and services.

You will own a portfolio of large, cross‑functional programs, drive clarity in ambiguous problems, and escalate to senior leaders as needed to keep programs progressing and delivering multi‑step tasks hands‑free for customers.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
Experience in architectural design or system design
Strong written and verbal communication with executive leaders
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

Own and scale the Amazon Stores Agent on Alexa+ devices, enabling multi-step tasks across Registries, Payments, Subscribe & Save, Addresses, Orders, and Returns.
Define and own a portfolio of large programs across Alexa Shopping, turning ambiguous goals into workstreams.
Create metrics, reviews, and standards to measure horizontal programs and drive adoption across teams.
