Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for the Frontier AI Assets platform. You will own the end-to-end delivery, roadmap, and governance for AI training assets data platform, coordinating across search, legal workflows, access management, and large-scale storage.

You will drive program rhythm, scenarios, risk, and cost optimization, aligning multiple teams and executive stakeholders to trade-offs and platform scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering teams, defining strategy, sequencing, and trade-offs as the platform evolves.
• Build durable mechanisms (dependency tracking, risk frameworks, escalation paths) that scale execution.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams and partner organizations, negotiating priorities with teams under separate leadership chains.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs vs. technical constraints.
• Design and implement process and tooling solutions bridging data, resources, technology, and operations.
• Serve as the key program contact between engineering and legal for data usage policies and compliance.
