Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager (AWSI PLUS) to own the lifecycle of cross-organizational technical programs across AWS’s most critical internal customers.

You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams spanning capacity planning, region migrations, and AI/ML adoption, while shaping executive narratives and risk mitigation. Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of significantly complex, cross-functional technical initiatives spanning multiple VP organizations.
• Drive simultaneous workstreams with clear dependencies, milestones, and accountability.
• Stitch together disparate workstream narratives into a unified story for leadership reviews (Top-5, QBRs, S-Team).
• Develop mechanisms to surface risk early and drive resolution at the right level.
