RTX is seeking a Principal Test and Validation Engineer in Manufacturing Design at the Tucson, AZ facility. You will drive test strategy, optimize producibility, and influence program decisions for new product introductions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test.
Experience shaping test strategies and testability improvements.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the manufacturing test authority within the program.
Apply test engineering skills to optimize the test strategy across the value stream.
Improve testability through collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
Influence decisions from design through productionTransition.
Develop relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
Contribute to test flow development and capacity analysis.
