Qualifications

Master's or PhD required in a related field.
10+ years of progressive telecommunications engineering experience, focusing on network architecture and design.
Deep understanding of core network technologies: IP routing, MPLS, optical, and wireless (4G/5G).
Proven track record leading complex engineering projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of complex telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
Architect and optimize network performance, scalability, and reliability for large-scale deployments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive their adoption to enhance service offerings.
Develop and maintain high-level technical roadmaps and strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve the most challenging network and system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and R&D.
Represent the company in technical forums and contribute to industry standards.
Ensure the security and integrity of all telecommunications infrastructure.
