Job summary

The role focuses on technical disciplines, requires 8+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and exceptional organization. You will partner with stakeholders to articulate the value of effective talent practice and deliver top hires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean search.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
• You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
