The role emphasizes thought leadership, mentorship, and a strong client-focused approach within a hybrid work environment. Travel availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience + Private Capital experience.
• Commercial Due Diligence expertise
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives
• Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships and commercial processes.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery using best practices.
• Guide and influence clients across situations, becoming trusted advisors.
• Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and related topics.
• Develop others and foster a strong, capable team for the firm.
• Lead firm-building activities and model the firm values to peers and clients.
