Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to join our North America Private Equity team, focusing on deal lifecycle support from identification through post-transaction value realization. The role emphasizes leadership of client projects, team management, and building trusted client relationships.

Located in San Francisco or other NA offices, this role requires deep industry expertise in CTT/TMT and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience + Private Capital experience.
• Commercial Due Diligence expertise
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership of client projects and managing client relationships with Partners.
• Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery leveraging best practice and the firm’s expertise.
• Guiding and influencing clients across all situations including execution of the commercial process, becoming trusted advisors.
• Engaging in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
• Creating intellectual capital through thought leadership and broad knowledge across topics.
• Developing others and building a followership as part of asset building for the firm.
• Leading firm-building activities and upholding firm values with a strong personal brand.
