Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to lead strategic engagements across technology, telecom and private capital sectors. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships with Partners, and deliver rigorous due diligence and growth initiatives.

Role emphasizes leadership, thought leadership, and business development. Travel at least half the time; top academics preferred, with hybrid work options and a competitive total rewards package.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience + Private Capital experience.
• Commercial Due Diligence expertise.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and client relationships with Partners.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and success.
• Guide clients across situations and become trusted advisors.
• Engage in business development and identify new opportunities.

• Develop others and build a following as part of asset building for the firm.
• Lead firm-building activities and maintain a strong personal brand within the firm.
