Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or STEM field required.
• 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering and admin work in networking/storage.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define 3–5 year manufacturing ops strategy and capacity planning.
• Lead transformational programs: automation, robotics, lights-out manufacturing.
• Own capital expenditure planning with rigorous business cases.
• Drive risk management and supplier onboarding across region.
• Build dashboards and governance for exec-level visibility.
