Job summary

RTX's SETC Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ seeks a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test and integrate complex systems across disciplines, ensuring first-time readiness for warfighters.

You will model using Cameo, lead verification activities, and collaborate with engineers, customers, and SMEs. This onsite role requires a TS clearance. RTX offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and documentation for development and production efforts.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and development/production processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and participate in Failure Investigations.
• Conduct statistical/numerical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor sites, and customer locations.
