Job summary

RTX's Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate systems across multiple programs, partnering with discipline experts and customers to ensure first‑time‑right performance for warfighters.

The role emphasizes requirements management, integration and test execution, system verification, and performance analysis using Cameo/MBSE, with onsite work and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and minimum 8 years engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements documentation.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/system issues and participate in Failure Investigations.
• Conduct statistical analysis of test data.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at various locations.
