Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer for the RTX SETC Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ. You will design, develop, test, and integrate complex systems across disciplines to ensure mission success for our warfighter programs.

The role involves leading integration and verification activities, modeling with Cameo, performance analysis, and presenting data for design reviews. This is an onsite role requiring a security clearance and collaboration across engineering and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years engineering experience.
Experience in systems engineering and/or systems integration and test.
Experience coordinating across Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Responsibilities

Update requirements and documentation for development and production.
Lead and/or support integration and test activities.
Lead and/or support design and system verification.
Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
Model the system using Cameo.
Prepare technical data for design reviews and test events.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and participate in failure investigations.
Analyze test data to verify requirements.
Lead mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, or customer locations.
