Job summary

RTX's Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate complex programs. This onsite role partners with multiple disciplines and customers to ensure the system works the first time and every time.

You will model the system with Cameo, lead design verification and test activities, and analyze data to optimize performance. A STEM degree and 8+ years of engineering experience are required, along with an active TS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years engineering experience.
Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
Experience coordinating across Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or Quality disciplines.

Responsibilities

Update, maintain, and improve requirements and documentation for development and production efforts.
Lead and/or support integration and test activities.
Lead and/or support design and system verification.
Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
Model the system and development/production processes using Cameo.
Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues with data analysis.
Conduct statistical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
