Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer for the SETC Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and integrating systems across disciplines to ensure first-time correct performance for Warfighters.

The candidate must hold an active Top Secret clearance and have a STEM background. The position is onsite, with opportunities to work across RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required (Science/Tech/Engineering/Math).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or integration and test.
• Active Top Secret U.S. government clearance required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain requirements and requirement documentation for development and production efforts.
• Lead or support integration and test activities.
• Lead or support design and system verification; analyze performance.
• Model the system and development processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues; participate in investigations.
• Conduct statistical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.
