Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test and integrate complex systems for multiple programs. You will collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure first-time success and robust performance for warfighters.

You will lead verification, model systems with Cameo, manage requirements, and coordinate across engineering, finance, supply chain, and quality teams while working onsite. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements documentation for development and production.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test activities.
• Lead and/or support design and system verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and participate in investigations.
• Conduct statistical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, or customer locations.
