This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week (Suitland, MD). No relocation is offered. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system.
• Provide system administration support Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware.
• Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 13 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware.

Desired Qualifications

• Security+ or relevant certification.
