Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years designing switchboards or related power distribution equipment.
• Proven leadership in product development from design to production release.

Responsibilities

• Lead switchboard development from requirements through production release.
• Define architecture to meet electrical, mechanical, thermal, certification, manufacturing, cost, reliability, and serviceability requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sourcing, quality, certification, and testing.
