Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years designing switchboards, motor control centers, or related power distribution equipment.
- Experience leading engineering development through design, validation, certification, and production release.
- Direct experience owning bus structures and electrical enclosures.
Responsibilities
- Lead switchboard development from requirements through production release.
- Own bus structures and enclosure development.
- Perform engineering analysis and simulations to guide design decisions.
- Lead certification and testing with UL 891 and related standards.
- Provide production release support and lifecycle guidance.
