Exponent Inc. is looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to join their Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in Chicago or Warrenville, IL. The successful candidate will lead business generation, supervise projects, and conduct investigative fieldwork. Requirements include an M.S./Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, significant business development experience, and a strong background in project management. The base salary range is $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, complemented by benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Significant business development experience with a proven track record.
• Licensure as a Structural Engineer (SE) in Illinois.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical engineering.
