Job summary

The role requires strong experience with hand-sheet analysis and large Finite Element Models, plus familiarity with PATRAN or FEMAP. Active clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with required experience per level.
• Experience in bonded/composite structures for aircraft.
• Experience in metallic structural analysis.
• Proficiency with structural analysis methods and documentation.
• Familiarity with PATRAN or FEMAP.
• Active US Government clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis for primary and secondary structures.
• Review analyses, drawings, and repairs for accuracy.
• Collaborate with other disciplines during design development.
• Present structural issues and solutions to management and customers.
• Maintain and improve designs to support production deliveries.
• Develop practical solutions aligned with program objectives.
• Evaluate as-built products for compliance with standards.
• Utilize structural analysis methods and large FE models.
