Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Principal for its North America CTT & Private Capital practice to lead client projects, guide teams, and expand business across the region. You will drive delivery quality, oversee complex engagements, and partner with senior leaders to unlock value for clients.

The role offers exposure to top executives, opportunities for thought leadership, and a collaborative culture within Marsh McLennan. Travel up to 50% is expected as client work demands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy consulting or CMT/TMT with Private Capital experience.
• Strong conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record leading teams and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; confident presenting to senior executives.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide and influence clients as trusted advisors.
• Develop business by identifying new opportunities.
