Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with colleagues and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will lead significant workstreams, own analytic analyses, and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities include structuring problems, guiding research, synthesizing findings, and delivering client-ready presentations while coaching junior teammates and contributing to knowledge initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant strategy consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a strategy consulting firm
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments

Responsibilities

• Structuring complex business problems and developing analytical approaches
• Conducting and overseeing research, interviews, surveys, and quantitative analyses
• Synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
