Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal SRE to strengthen our InfoSec SRE team. You will secure and scale critical production services in Google Cloud Platform and collaborate across teams.

Your role combines SRE, security, and DevSecOps to protect our Enterprise, SaaS, and Public Cloud offerings. Leading automation, IaC, and incident response, you will mentor peers, drive best practices, and influence architecture for resilient, compliant cloud environments.

Qualifications

• US citizen required; security clearances may apply.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• 8+ years in SRE/DevOps with federal project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud secure infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with FedRAMP/DoD impact levels.
• Lead IaC and automation using Terraform, Helm, and IaC best practices.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins).
• Own incident RCA processes and participate in on-call rotations.
• Foster a learning culture and mentor teams on SRE and security tooling.
