Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to join our Compute Division for the FedRAMP initiative in Austin, TX.

This role focuses on building a next-generation, distributed data platform for the construction industry and ensuring SaaS products operate within a FedRAMP compliant environment. You will work with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to implement cloud-native solutions, scale operations, and guide the platform's technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience provisioning and operating cloud-native tools at scale.
• 8+ years building and operating cloud-based, distributed systems with large data workloads.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and implementation of next-generation data platform for distributed systems.
• Support engineering through SDLC phases including requirements, design, development, testing and rollout.
• Identify technical gaps and run proofs of concept to propose pragmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and IT to influence the roadmap and add capabilities to tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest data technology trends.
