Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 7+ years in Infrastructure, Operations, DevOps, or System Engineering.
• Experience with AI productivity tools to accelerate development.
• Cloud-native experience on GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Ansible for IaC.
• Strong programming with Python, Go, or Java; Kafka or Pulsar a plus.
• Deep Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), container networking, Linux internals.
• GitOps experience with GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2 and policy-as-code.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• BS or MS in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive SRE and DevOps initiatives to enable self-healing infrastructure.
• Architect Golden Paths for service delivery with integrated SLOs and canaries.
• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for monitoring.
• Develop IaC and Monitoring as Code frameworks for automation.
• Lead RCA on critical issues to prevent recurrence.
