Job summary

E-Space in the United States is seeking a deeply technical Principal Cybersecurity Lead to defend the company as an active operator, security engineer, and incident leader. This person will understand how attackers discover, enter, persist, move laterally, exfiltrate data, and hide while turning intelligence into practical defenses.

This role requires hands-on coding, incident response leadership, and collaboration across security architecture, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience defending complex corporate environments and leading high-severity investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate threat intelligence into practical defenses and actions.
• Deep understanding of attacker TTPs and security controls across networks, endpoints, and cloud.
• Experience writing production-grade detection and response tooling.

Responsibilities

• Threat intelligence and attacker awareness: monitor campaigns and exploit trends; translate intelligence into detections and actions.
• Enterprise security architecture: secure routing, DNS, VPN, cloud, identity, and CI/CD environments.
• Detection engineering and automation: build and maintain detections, analytics, and tooling; code in Python/Go/PowerShell/SQL.
• Threat hunting, incident response: lead triage, containment, eradication, and post-incident improvements.
• Vulnerability and exposure management: prioritize, remediate, and validate fixes.
