Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Principal Solutions & Integration Engineer to lead complex customer integrations for our AI software platform in a US remote role. You will guide design and delivery across enterprise deployments, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer teams, run architecture workshops, and define scalable integration standards while mentoring colleagues to extend our integration

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise integration or implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL and integration architecture.
• Ability to understand and review code across modern technology stacks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services or customer-facing technical environments.
• Experience within AI, workforce management, resource planning or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation or implementation programmes.
• Experience establishing integration best practice, standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for enterprise client implementations.
• Deliver integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Run technical workshops and architecture discussions.
• Advise customers on integration strategy and best practice.
• Define scalable integration standards and reusable frameworks.
