LearningMate is seeking a Hands-on Consulting Solution Architect (Principal Solution Architect) for a remote, client-facing role in the US. You will lead complex engagements, architect high-throughput cloud platforms, and direct global engineering teams across regions.

You are a builder-architect at heart—writing and reviewing core microservice code, performing root-cause analyses, and guiding architectural strategy with executive clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ Years of Progressive Technical Experience in software/solution architecture.
• 8+ Years in Client-Facing Advisory with executive stakeholders.
• 5+ Years of Technical Team Leadership with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (required).
• Master's Degree in CS/engineering (strongly preferred).
• Deep experience with event-driven architectures and APIs.
• Hands-on expertise with public cloud, containers, and IaC.
• Pragmatic AI & SDLC automation fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hands-On Platform Architecture for cloud-native platforms.
• Drive executive client advisory, multi-year technical roadmaps, and trade-offs.
• Guide and lead global engineering teams across regions.
• Orchestrate GenAI & SDLC automation integration into workflows.
• Troubleshoot and modernize legacy systems into microservices.
