Job summary

Kforce is a solutions firm providing technology, finance & accounting, and staffing services. This role focuses on pre-sales engineering, solution design, and implementation oversight for Consulting Solutions client engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Under limited direction, you will advise clients, align with Sales, create client collateral, and support post-sale delivery with a focus on excellence and collaboration across teams. Ten-plus years in professional services are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of experience in professional services.
• Experience in systems integrators, management consulting, or staffing.
• Former consulting or employee-based experience in digital transformation, agile/devops, or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales engineering, solution design, and implementation oversight for Consulting Solutions client engagements.
• Act as a thought leader and advise clients on solving complex problems.
• Develop client sales collateral, including SOWs, pricing, and technical scopes.
