CVS Health Digital is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to define and drive the technical direction for mobile platforms. You will work with senior teams to develop enterprise solutions, while mentoring engineers and ensuring production-grade quality with strong testing, observability, and CI/CD practices.

You will lead major architectural decisions, balance speed with long-term maintainability, and align with the enterprise technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in systems analysis, design, development.
• 7+ years development in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin.
• 5+ years designing and evolving scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• 5+ years managing stakeholders’ requirements and technical solutions.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• 1+ years AI technologies, Generative AI/LLMs, and AI/ML frameworks.
• 1+ years Flutter.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence engineering direction.
