You will lead the technical design and development of software solutions for Consumer Lending’s Systems Engineering Group, overseeing team delivery from design to production deployment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years in financial services with BPMN workflows, IBM BPM, Flowable BPM, BRM, MQ, and IIB migrations to Java OpenShift services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/CS field and 5 years’ financial services experience with BPMN workflows.
• Experience with IBM BPM, Flowable BPM, BRM, MQ, and migration of IBM IIB to Java OpenShift services.
• Proven ability to lead teams, review requirements, design technical solutions, and manage full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software solutions within Consumer Lending Systems Engineering.
• Analyze business processes and define tasks and workflows using BPMN.
• Create technical specifications and perform unit testing before production deployment.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to project teams.
