Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Principal Software Engineer – Intelligent DMS to provide technical leadership across the next generation of our document management platform. You’ll shape architecture for web, mobile, and AI-powered features, collaborating with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You’ll mentor engineers, own cross-team technical initiatives, and drive standards for reliability, performance, and enterprise-grade integrations, including Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience setting architecture and technical direction across products.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding multiple teams.
• Strong full-stack skills across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction across web, mobile, backend services, and AI features.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from ideation through production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Platform, and AI teams to ensure scalable patterns.
• Drive reliability, security, and performance standards.
