Qualifications

• 15+ years of production software development experience for large-scale consumer mobile apps.
• Experience as a Principal Engineer or higher.
• Experience architecting scalable backend systems in Java, Go, or Ruby.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own designs and services and promote good coding practices among peers.
• Design, code, review, test, fix, research, deploy and maintain services in AWS production environments.
• Mentor teammates and navigate ambiguous problem domains with autonomous delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver scalable banking infra.
