Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical vision and architecture for a cohesive finance platform.
• Design and implement critical-path systems from whiteboard to production.
• Set and raise engineering standards across code quality, testing, and docs.
• Solve hard technical problems including sub-second OLAP queries on large datasets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape investment in technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and raise the hiring bar within the team.
• Publish design documents, POCs, and architectural records.
• Identify hotspots and reduce duplicate work across teams.
