Qualifikationen

• Ten-plus years building software used by paying customers.
• Proven track record leading large, multi‑team projects without formal authority.
• Go service design and cloud infrastructure expertise.
• Excellent written English and remote‑first leadership experience.
• Ability to form and execute roadmaps with cross‑functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for Chainguard Containers and the build pipeline.
• Form the roadmap with engineering and product leaders and own major multi‑team projects.
• Make trade‑offs at the product level and document decisions clearly.
• Lead through engineers, setting design bar and reviewing critical work.
• Collaborate with AI coding agents and establish safe usage practices.
• Cross‑team collaboration to anticipate planning cycles and unblock efforts.
• Represent Chainguard in container/open‑source ecosystems and standards discussions.
• Keep systems healthy with observability, on‑call, and durable fixes.
