Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an experienced software leader to design and ship major capabilities behind Chainguard Containers. You will architect features from concept through production and stay hands-on by spending most of your week building.

You will lead sub-teams of two to four engineers, mentor them, and set standards for AI-assisted development while making high-leverage trade-offs and documenting decisions. Excellent written English and remote-first experience are required.
