Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience including enterprise, full life cycle in architecture, design and development of large-scale applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience with Go and Java.
• 5 years experience with Pulsar, NATS, Valkey or similar technology.
• 5 years experience in cloud-based product development, microservices architecture, API and event-driven development and best practices.
• 5 years experience with SDLC and agile/iterative methodologies; developer by nature with strong analytical skills.
• 4 years experience with containerized technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Keda.
• 5 years experience with AWS (S3, EKS, Bedrock) and additional vendors (GCP, Azure).
• Experience with public/private/hybrid cloud and multi-cloud transitions.
• 4 years experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• 4 years experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with monitoring solutions like DataDog, Grafana.
• Exposure to AI tools in development cycles; drive excellence through AI tooling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evaluate cloud-based technologies against product requirements and proof of concept.
• Provide technical leadership by influencing design and architecture of major software components.
• Produce technical documentation and design artifacts for scalability and reuse across the application.
• Mentor engineers on design, testing methodologies and coding standards.
• Collaborate with peer architects across globally distributed teams.
• Champion product quality, customer-centric thinking and technical excellence.
• Pioneer R&D to evolve the product and explore new technologies.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve production issues.
