You will collaborate with AI researchers and engineers, write production code weekly, review PRs, and guide the team toward strategic, architecture-first execution. You’ll shape multi-tenant, secure execution environments, design the integration of third-party security controls, and ensure resilient,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with OO/functional languages.
• Experience on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep experience with agentic or LLM-backed systems in production.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Distributed systems design with asynchronous workflows, retries, idempotency.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end technical vision for the workstream, from planning to shipping.
• Contribute production code at Lead/Principle level in modern backend languages.
• Set technical bar via design reviews, code quality, and operational discipline.
• Mentor engineers and build scalable frameworks and architectures.
• Coordinate with AI research and platform teams to align direction.
• Translate product goals into concrete technical roadmaps and MVPs.
