Horizon3.ai is a remote-first cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero autonomous pentests and scalable assessment workflows. We seek a Platform Leader to guide Go/Python/C++ based platform teams, defining architecture, security, and delivery practices at scale.

You will oversee multi-team engineering, own OTA delivery, secure software supply chains, and partner with product and security researchers to ship new autonomous capabilities across thousands of environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, distributed Go/Python/C++ platforms.
• Expertise in containerized software and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and operate OTA update systems at scale.
• Strong security mindset for software supply chain and deployment in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and teams across sub-teams.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD for NodeZero runner container images and SBOM generation.
• Architect and operate OTA update delivery across thousands of customer environments.
• Collaborate with Security Research to ship autonomous pentest capabilities.
• Act as Product Owner with product managers and customer success to manage the roadmap.
