Ally is seeking a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions. You will identify high-value opportunities, architect intelligent workflows, and build secure, scalable platforms across RPA, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

You will mentor teams, shape engineering standards, and drive governance, security, and measurable business impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and automation.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across workflow orchestration, RPA, APIs, and AI-powered decisions.
• Design and implement intelligent automation using LLMs, document intelligence, and retrieval-augmented approaches.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure delivery.
