• Drive up-front requirements clarity, acceptance criteria, and design reviews.
• Set standards for AI output quality and code reviews to ensure safety and maintainability.
• Lead cross-team technical alignment on architectural trade-offs and dependencies.
• Prototype and productionize AI-powered developer productivity features.
• Evolve engineering practices across code review, testing strategy, and delivery.
• Mentor Senior and Staff engineers in architectural thinking and responsible AI use.
