Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including staff/principal level.
• Designing, operating, and debugging distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience taking LLM-based systems to production.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java/Go/Scala) and cloud infra.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly in writing and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver major components of the carrier test and observability platform.
• Build high-throughput data and alerting systems for operations.
• Extend and harden production LLM systems for automated troubleshooting.
• Diagnose cross-boundary failures with observability to distinguish cases.
• Contribute to technical design, review, and mentor engineers.
