Ladders is seeking a Principal Software Developer to drive core software capabilities in a fast-paced environment. You will build across the stack to improve reliability, address bottlenecks, and solve complex business logic issues affecting performance and scalability.

You will lead developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful engineering solutions that support product and operational goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualificações

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Software Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building and enhancing core software capabilities in a fast-paced environment where technical rigor and thoughtful problem-solving are essential.

You will work across the stack to improve reliability, address system bottlenecks, and resolve complex business logic issues that impact performance and scalability.

The position also involves leading developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering impactful engineering solutions that support product and operational goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,000 – $253,000 annually
