The role partners with senior technology leaders to embed reliability into design, governance, and automation, ensuring scalable, observable systems and hands‑on contributions where needed—driving enterprise solutions from concept to implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in site reliability, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience delivering reliable, scalable architectures with availability, resiliency, and fault‑tolerance patterns.
• Translate architectural standards into practical implementations in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Experience across cloud and on‑prem environments, with focus on observability and operational maturity.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and IaC tools.

Aufgaben

• Create and own resiliency guidelines with technology management teams.
• Translate resiliency principles into practical, measurable guidance for application teams.
• Guide adoption and maturity of resilient software and infrastructure architectures.
• Provide guidance in incident response and root cause analysis; define preventive measures.
• Develop automation for infrastructure configuration and application lifecycle management; improve monitoring and observability.
