Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in site reliability, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience contributing to reliable, scalable system architectures.
• Experience across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Knowledge of observability solutions and metrics/logging/tracing.
• Experience with IaC and deployment automation.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create and own resiliency guidelines and guardrails.
• Guide incident response and root cause analysis with teams.
• Develop automation for infrastructure configuration and lifecycle management.
• Improve monitoring and observability to preempt issues.
• Collaborate to align reliability efforts with business goals.
