U.S. Bank is seeking a Principal Voice Network Engineer to design, modernize, and support enterprise voice and unified communications across a large-scale environment.

You will drive voice modernization initiatives, improve resiliency, and support critical communications across the enterprise. This senior role requires deep expertise in SIP, VoIP, Cisco Collaboration, Oracle voice platforms, and Microsoft Teams Voice, with responsibilities spanning design, deployment, and security of voice

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience delivering network services within a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise voice network solutions utilizing SIP technologies across complex, distributed environments.
• Engineer and maintain Oracle voice platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Configure, administer, and optimize Cisco Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Voice platforms, including call routing, dial plans, and voice policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, network, and unified communications issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Develop and enhance voice infrastructure architectures that support business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilient communications services.
• Partner with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate voice solutions into enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Implement and maintain voice network and application security controls, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technology upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives for voice and communications platforms while minimizing operational risk and service disruptions.
