Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience focused on photonics, materials, or semiconductor engineering.
• Experience in silicon photonics integration within semiconductor development/manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in DOE, statistics, and process characterization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize end-to-end process integration flows for silicon photonics from concept to manufacturing readiness.
• Lead integration and process development for photonic devices, optical interconnects, packaging, and heterogeneous integration architectures.
• Drive DOE execution, yield improvement, defect reduction, and root cause investigations across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with design, device, packaging, manufacturing, and suppliers to support tapeouts and technology transfers.
• Lead technical programs and AI-enabled initiatives to improve development efficiency and product performance.
