Position Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for our Enterprise Account Manager roles who excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The primary responsibility is managing existing Fortune 2000 client accounts, identifying and closing sales opportunities, including contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating solution-selling skills, and collaborating with Sales and Client Services teams are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing clients to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify and close sales opportunities such as renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within Fortune 2000 accounts
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers to expand Cvent's footprint
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Target key accounts and develop strategies to penetrate them
  • Forecast sales accurately through pipeline management
  • Monitor and report sales activities
  • Maintain account health through consistent follow-up
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years of customer-facing sales and account management experience in software or related industry
  • Minimum 1 year managing large (e.g., Fortune 2000) client accounts
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong relationship management, consultative selling, and contract closing skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Moderate technical knowledge and interest in technology
  • Quick learner of technical product knowledge
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
