We have multiple openings within our Enterprise Account Manager team for talented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your primary responsibility will be managing existing Fortune 2000 client accounts, identifying and closing sales opportunities, including contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will also provide high-quality service, demonstrate solution-selling skills, and collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

In This Role, You Will
  • Call on existing clients to meet and exceed revenue expectations.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities such as renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with Fortune 2000 clients.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers to expand Cvent's footprint within accounts.
  • Collaborate with other divisions, including Client Services and Sales, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Create targeted account plans for key accounts.
  • Forecast sales opportunities accurately via pipeline reports.
  • Monitor and report sales activities.
  • Maintain accounts in good standing through follow-up and communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of customer-facing inside sales and account management experience with revenue generation, preferably in software or related industries.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience managing large (e.g., Fortune 2000) client accounts.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstration, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Moderate technical knowledge and interest in technology.
  • Quick learner of technical product knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
